Our electric bikes are high-performance vehicles. Users must follow all local traffic laws and safety regulations. Kirk’s Ebike Shop is not liable for any injuries resulting from improper use or lack of safety gear.
2. Wholesale Pricing and Availability
Prices for 2025 and 2026 models are subject to change based on market availability. Wholesale rates apply only to qualifying orders as specified at the time of purchase.
3. Warranty and Returns
Standard manufacturer warranties apply to all Surron models. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the bike is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
4. Shipping
We aim to process all orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Kirk’s Ebike Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
